Follow these steps, and you might be featured on "How We Got Here!"
  1. Be Curious: Think about a current event, a significant historical event, or an American holiday or tradition that you're curious about.
  2. Record Your Video: Set your device to capture video vertically and at the highest quality possible. Start by introducing yourself with your first name only, your chapter (if you’re part of a TPUSA High School Chapter), and your city and state. Then, ask your thoughtful question in under one minute. For example: "Hi, I’m Jennifer from the TPUSA chapter at Homeschool Academy in Farrington, IL. I’ve heard a lot about Kamala Harris’s stance on regulating price gouging. Is there a historical precedent for federal price regulations, and do they work?"  IMPORTANT TIP: Ensure your question is about a current or historical event, and focus on how or why questions that seek factual answers rather than opinions.
  3. Obtain a Parent's Signature:  Download and have your parent sign this Parent Release Form.
  4. Submit Your Entry: Complete this form and upload your video along with the signed Parent Release Form. You could be our next featured student on "How We Got Here!"
